Mr. Daniel To, BSc(Oregon State University, 1971) and MSc(University of Virginia, 1973). MIES(1982), MCIBSE(1983), CEng(1987), MHKIE(1990).
Mr. To joined the department of Building & Surveying in 1974, was transferred to the department of Building Services Engineering in 1982. He is now senior lecturer. His specialism was in environmental science and later developed into lighting engineering. Apart from teaching, he has carried out consultancy work in lighting and carried out research work in uplighting, daylighting and tunnel lighting.
