Brief

Dr. Fong is an assistant Professor of the Department of Building Services Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic Univeristy. He graduated from University College of North Wales, Bangor, U.K with a BSc degree in Applied Mathematics and Computing in 1986. He obtained his PhD degree in Fire Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1991.
