Brief

K.C. Lam, PhD (Loughborough U), MSc (Brunel), BSc(Hons) (Nottingham Trent U), Dip, Enr Eng (Newcastle Poly), RPE(BS), MHKIE, MCIWEM, CWEM, MIOP. Dr. Lam joined the department in 1988 after a long career in the building services industry. His main teaching areas are building services project management, O & M for building services and plumbing engineering services. His research/consultancy interests are building services procurement, co-ordination issues and construction laws, reliability maintenance and high-rise plumbing and drainage design and analysis.
