Mr. Leung is a Senior Instructor in the Department of Building Services Engineering of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He graduated from the Open University of Hong Kong with a B.Sc in Applied Computing in 1996 and a B.Sc (Hons) in Applied Computing in 1997.
